Founded by Denisse and Arturo, D&A Animal Rescue is a Texas-based nonprofit dedicated to saving dogs and cats from neglect, abuse, and homelessness. Through medical care, foster families, and adoption, we give every rescued animal the chance for a safe, loving home.
D&A Animal Rescue exists to break the cycle of suffering for dogs. We:

Every animal receives veterinary assessment and treatment — vaccinations, spay/neuter, diagnostics, and ongoing care as needed.
We provide behavioral support and socialization so animals are ready for successful adoption.
Responsible adoption: We match pets with families who can provide long-term, loving care, and we follow up to ensure successful placements.
We promote responsible pet ownership through outreach, resources, and partnerships to reduce future suffering.
We prioritize foster homes to ensure rescued animals receive individualized attention in a home setting.
